Policy Introduction
On September 7, 2011, the Vanuatu Ministry of Internal Affairs issued Administrative Order 180 of the 2011 Immigration Act under powers granted by Chapter 17 of the 2010 Immigration Ordinance. It was gazetted and came into effect on September 13, 2011.
Under Administrative Order 180 of 2011, Section 12, Paragraph 6, eligible applicants may be approved for residency rights in Vanuatu.
